An existing office remodel designed to optimize workflow and collaboration for a civil construction company. Offices were relocated upstairs while the boardroom and meeting areas were moved downstairs, creating a functional layout with a new training facility area.

All 10 staff now work together upstairs, with boardroom and meeting spaces downstairs to separate collaborative and private areas.

Replaced all office furniture and workstations to suit the new layout and staff requirements.

CUSTOM STORAGE SOLUTIONS

Floor storage, desk storage, and central bench with built-in storage for collaboration.

CUSTOM SHELVING & CABINETS

Included cabinetry for recycling bins and planter boxes to bring greenery into the space.

DESIGN ENHANCEMENTS

Maximized natural light from surrounding windows, highlighted internal brick walls, and upgraded the existing concrete floor to enhance the aesthetic.
